Abigail is a clinical psychologist with an Honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She has over sixteen years experience working as a clinical psychologist, treating people for a variety of difficulties, including; depression, anxiety disorders (e.g., generalised anxiety, social phobia, excessive worry), addictions (e.g., drug/alcohol dependence, gambling problems) and relationship difficulties. As a psychologist in general practice, Irene can help individuals and families with a broad range of mental health issues. With over 20 years of experience, Irene uses a professional and individual approach which caters to each clients particular needs. She incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems and psychotherapy into her treatment approaches.
