With more than fifteen years in private practice in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Paula has assisted countless clients through a combination of different therapeutic techniques including: solution focused, brief therapy, cognitive behavioural, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and psychotherapy. Paula works with clients on a very broad range of issues and specialises in couple and family therapy, treatment of obsessive compulsive disorders, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders as well as psychological treatment for addictions.
Prior to embarking in private practice, Paula was employed as Program Manager at the Sydney (Private) Clinic, and worked at Relationships Australia as a counsellor and trainer of other therapists.
Paula is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Counselling Psychologists, and provides peer supervision and support to psychologists in regional and remote Australia.
