With more than fifteen years in private practice in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Paula has assisted countless clients through a combination of different therapeutic techniques including: solution focused, brief therapy, cognitive behavioural, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and psychotherapy. With over 20 years of experience, Irene uses a professional and individual approach which caters to each clients particular needs. She incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems and psychotherapy into her treatment approaches.
