She has over sixteen years experience working as a clinical psychologist, treating people for a variety of difficulties, including; depression, anxiety disorders (e.g., generalised anxiety, social phobia, excessive worry), addictions (e.g., drug/alcohol dependence, gambling problems) and relationship difficulties. She also provides treatment for work-related stress, self esteem and confidence issues, eating disorders, sleep difficulties and chronic pain.

B.A. Psych.(Hons), B.N. +61 403 817 088 Jane is a Registered Psychologist in private practice at the Randwick Psychology Centre.Jane has worked in mental health, detox and rehabilitation services since 1992 and has extensive experience and training in drug and alcohol addictions, mood disorders, grief and trauma issues.An eclectic approach to counselling and therapy is tailored to individuals and incorporates CBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy as appropriate. Jane also has a passionate interest in mindfulness and meditation and taught these skills in both a group format and individual sessions for the last 18 years.
