He is an experienced cognitive behaviour therapist who brings clarity, structure and practical tools to improve symptoms and functioning. He is able to integrate other evidence-based therapies including mindfulness and interpersonal psychotherapy so that treatment is tailored to each individual's presentation and preferences. All patients are offered full (60mins) sessions based in a sound treatment plan and diagnosis.

She has over sixteen years experience working as a clinical psychologist, treating people for a variety of difficulties, including; depression, anxiety disorders (e.g., generalised anxiety, social phobia, excessive worry), addictions (e.g., drug/alcohol dependence, gambling problems) and relationship difficulties. She also provides treatment for work-related stress, self esteem and confidence issues, eating disorders, sleep difficulties and chronic pain.

With over 20 years of experience, Irene uses a professional and individual approach which caters to each clients particular needs. She incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems and psychotherapy into her treatment approaches. Irene can provide treatment for problems ranging from depression and mood disorders, through anxiety and phobia disorders through to pain, stress and anger management, grief and loss, addictions to alcohol, other drugs or gambling and the development of skills in parenting, social situations, managing behaviour and more.
