Jane also has a passionate interest in mindfulness and meditation and taught these skills in both a group format and individual sessions for the last 18 years.

With over 20 years of experience, Irene uses a professional and individual approach which caters to each clients particular needs. She incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems and psychotherapy into her treatment approaches. Irene can provide treatment for problems ranging from depression and mood disorders, through anxiety and phobia disorders through to pain, stress and anger management, grief and loss, addictions to alcohol, other drugs or gambling and the development of skills in parenting, social situations, managing behaviour and more.
