With more than ten years in private practice in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Paula has assisted countless clients through a combination of solution focused, brief therapy and cognitive techniques. Paula works with clients on a very broad range of issues and specialises in couple and family therapy, treatment of obsessive compulsive disorders, drug, alcohol and other addictions, depression and anxiety.

Prior to embarking in private practice, Paula managed the Alcohol and Other Drugs program at the Sydney (Private) Clinic, and worked at Relationships Australia as a counsellor and trainer of other therapists.

Paula is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Counselling Psychologists
