imageNatasha is a registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.  Since graduating Natasha has worked in a range of clinical settings, including private practices, public and private hospitals and with community mental health teams. Natasha provides psychological therapy to adults having difficulties with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, chronic pain, and time management. Natasha’s main area of interest is social anxiety, in particular public speaking anxiety.

She is currently conducting a clinical trial at Macquarie University as part of her Doctorate Degree. The aim of this pioneering study is to investigate the effect of an antibiotic, known as D-Cycloserine, on exposure therapy for individuals with social anxiety.

Natasha also facilitates therapy to individuals referred under the NSW WorkCover scheme. She uses an eclectic therapeutic approach, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Natasha is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and an affiliate member of the APS Clinical College.
