What if I can’t make my appointment?

If you give 48 hours notice of a cancellation, your appointment can be rescheduled without a cancellation fee being charged.  If you give between 24 and 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the normal counselling fee for the session will be charged.If you give less than 24 hours notice, or simply fail to turn up for a session, then the full fee will be charged.  Any cancellation fees owing need to be paid at, or prior to, your next session.
